Dawn Snow has a fierce reputation - she reformed the prison system in Uganda. Now, with local government reform high on the political agenda, she is called upon to perform a similar task withing the City of Greater Bourke.
Competitive Tenderness is a farce about the absurdities of local government and comes straight out of the school of Feydeau, Philip King and Dario Fo - with a bit of Punch and Judy.
