The Chinese party comprised seven acrobats and an interpreter, and was led by Mr Lu Yi, artistic director of the Nanjing Acrobatic Troupe and vice-chairman of the All China Association of Acrobatic Artists.

The Company also toured to the Canberra Theatre (ACT), 13-16 October, 1980.
