Rachael Maza AM (she/her) is one of Australia’s most recognisable faces of the Australian film, television and theatre industry and was the Artistic Director of the ILBIJERRI Theatre Company from 2008 – 2025.

In 2020, Rachael was made a member of the Order of Australia at the Australia Day Honour’s “for significant service to the performing arts as an artistic director”.
