Syd Brisbane is an actor and director with a career spanning four decades across stage and screen.
For Malthouse Theatre, Syd has appeared in Pride & Prejudice, K-BOX, Because the Night, Night on Bald Mountain, Orlando, Enuff and The Prodigal Son/Insouciance. Other stage credits include Much Ado About Nothing and 37 (Melbourne Theatre Company); Fawlty Towers – Live (Michael Coppel Entertainment), Victory (Sydney Theatre Company), Animal Farm (Bloomshed), and productions with the Australian Shakespeare Company and The Wrestling School (UK).
On screen, Syd's film credit include Dirt Music, Red Dog: True Blue, Silent Partner and Bad Boy Bubby. Recent television credits include Aftertaste, Deadloch S2, High Country, Stateless and Gnomes.
