Emily O’Connor (she/her) is an actor, theatre-maker and long-time member of Bloomshed.
For Malthouse Theatre, Emily was dramaturg for Bloomshed’s PRIDE & PREJUDICE. Other theatre credits include ANIMAL FARM, THE MARKET IS A WIND-UP TOY and PARADISE LOST (Bloomshed). She also has extensive experience in ‘Theatre in Education’ through her work with Phunktional, The Flying Bookworm, and BackYard Theatre Ensemble, and has toured widely throughout Australia, Europe, and Asia.
Alongside her theatre practice, Emily works as a visual artist and can often be found playing fiddle at Irish sessions around Melbourne.
