Elizabeth Brennan (she/her) is an actor and writer based in Melbourne, working extensively in the theatre sector as an actor, educator and voice artist. Elizabeth is a founding member of popular theatre ensemble, Bloomshed.
For Malthouse Theatre, she has appeared in PRIDE & PREJUDICE. Other theatre credits include HAIR: THE TRIBAL LOVE ROCK MUSICAL, TWELFTH NIGHT, THE CRUCIBLE, MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING, MACBETH, THE MERRY WIVES OF WINDSOR and A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM (Australian Shakespeare Company); PARADISE LOST, ANIMAL FARM, THE NOSE, EARNEST and A DODGEBALL NAMED DESIRE (Bloomshed); THE ANZAC CENTENARY ROADSHOW (Cultural Infusion) and A PORTRAIT OF THE ARTIST AS A YOUNG HAM (Melbourne International Comedy Festival).
On screen, her television credits include season 2 of DEADLOCH and THE CLEARING. As a voiceover artist, she has narrated a multitude of books for Bolinda Audio.
Elizabeth was nominated for a Green Room Award for Outstanding Performance in Independent Theatre for Bloomshed’s Animal Farm.
Elizabeth trained at Monash University (Performing Arts).
